IT Administrator Senior Officer - Apple Dev. Academy @BINUS-Bali

• Operate and oversee various online visa application platforms on behalf of clients.
• Ensure all application forms are filled out correctly and completely.
• Update clients on their application status and offer technical support when needed.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records, providing consistent updates.
• Support Case Managers in preparing visa applications and collecting necessary documents.
• Review submitted checklists to confirm all required documents are accurate and complete.
• Input new client information into the system and conduct daily follow-ups.
• Carry out other tasks or assignments as requested by the company.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Required skills: marketing, public speaking, Microsoft office, digital media marketing, content writing, customer service, international relation, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, good decision making, critical thinking, etc
• Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised

• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
