Supervisor Instrument

Job Description :

1. In charge of Instrument at assigned respective area, assisting Instrument Technician for corrective, Maintenance, and troubleshooting of Instrument system

2. Planning schedule preventive maintenance for Instrument equipment, such as Flow, Pressure, Level, Analyzer etc

3. Check and control Instrument sparepart inventory

4. Check and control Instrument maintenance cost

5. Planning schedule calibration, troubleshooting and repair of Instrument equipment

6. Support and implement management decision and make it successful 

7. Maintain enough Instrument sparepart for replacement of broken parts

8. Daily and weekly report preperation 

9. Evaluate and solve Instrument system faulty problems

10. Implement and control ISO, SMK3, and CMMS system to ensure these system are well implemented

11. Planning the suitable training program regarding instrument system in order to improvement skill, knowledge and maintenance quality of INP personnel 

    Job Requirement:

1. Verifies the quality of his teams' intervention by frequent on site checks and ensure they have the qualifications and skills required for the tasks and suggests corrective measures

2. Responsible for maintenance operation within his field of competence

3. Ensure that maintenance operation under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with the company's current safety rules and operation procedure and in accordance with standard industrial practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by maintenance team

4. Identify tool and equipment purchases necessary to support the SOP's and improved efficiencies (cellular and inline processes)

5. Being a safety leader and help implement a zero incident culture

6. Providing overall work direction for electrical and instrumentation work including contractors throughout the plant

7. Willing to be placed on site/remote area
