Job Description:
Assist in the full cycle of assessment center activities, including preparation, executing, and post-assessment processes.
Provide administrative support by scheduling assessments, coordinating with users, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Collect, organize, score and input assessment data into internal databases and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribute to ongoing and ad-hoc projects related to assessment center development, including research, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Final year students or fresh graduates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/related field are welcomed
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking,
Good communication skills,
Able to work from office (WFO), Monday-Friday from 08.00-17.00 WIB,
Duration: 6 months,
Placement: Alam Sutera, Serpong.
