01 The RoleWe’re hiring an experienced international property sales agent to join a high-performing team selling premium property across Bali, Australia, and other overseas property opportunities. This is a full-time, in-office Posisi based in Bali. You’ll be working live, qualified leads, converting at a high level, and selling to a serious international buyer base.
02 How You’ll WorkFull-cycle ownership of your pipeline — no cold calling.
QUALIFY | BOOK | CLOSE | EXECUTE
You qualify warm, inbound leads, book your own video conferences, close on the call, and execute the deal through to completion. Full sales support handles your confirmations and follow-up logistics.

03 What We’re Looking For▪ Proven property sales experience — you must have actually sold property. Non-negotiable.
▪ Real market understanding — not just a salesperson. You understand economics, market drivers, and what actually moves international property.
▪ A proven closer — you take a deal from 1st contact to signed.
▪ Persuasion as a craft — strong command of advanced sales technique. NLP and high-level persuasion a major advantage.
▪ Flawless, fluent English — written and spoken. Indonesian a bonus.
▪ Coachable — we have a formula that works, and you must be willing to be molded to it.
▪ Hungry, professional, and ready to commit long-term.
