International sales for Bali Movie Studio
Key Responsibilities (Job Desk):
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international and domestic markets (film studios, ad agencies, brands, content creators, etc.).
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, networking, film industry events, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Client Management
Understand client requirements and align our services and facilities accordingly.
Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with Producers to ensure a seamless handover.
Sales Operations
Develop and manage a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Stay updated with global film industry trends, competitors, and potential new market segments.
Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales — ideally in media, film, or production services & soundstage rentals.
Strong understanding of the film production process and terminology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English (Indonesian is a plus).
Understanding of competing country shooting incentives.
Understanding digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO) and/or similar professional tools.
