Internship Marketing Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Support Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and sales. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for interior furniture and home décor.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline strategies.

• Support the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, and social media content.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators for product photoshoots and advertisements.

• Assist in developing and managing marketing presentations for clients and trade events.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and update the companys social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor engagement and analyze social media performance, providing reports and recommendations.

• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Event Coordination

• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, trade shows, and showroom displays.

• Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, promotional setups, and in-store events.

• Work with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.

• Prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and sales impact.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Min. D3 / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design Interior , Architect 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel , Word, Ppt ), Canva, and social media platforms.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and Google Ads, is a plus.

• Systematic in managing tasks
