About the Role

Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi pengelolaan stok (FIFO, FEFO, Safety Stock)

Mengawasi pergerakan barang masuk dan keluar secara akurat dan real-time

Menyusun dan menjalankan program cycle count, stock opname periodik, dan investigasi selisih stok

Menindaklanjuti hasil audit dengan tindakan korektif dan pencegahan.

Berkolaborasi dengan bagian purchasing, produksi, dan sales untuk merencanakan kebutuhan barang

Menganalisis historical data dan tren penjualan untuk forecasting stok

Menjaga efisiensi tingkat persediaan untuk menghindari overstock dan stockout

Mengontrol cost of inventory dan meminimalisir aging stock, dead stock, atau barang rusak

Memastikan data stok pada sistem (ERP/WMS/OMS) selalu diperbarui dan akurat

Mengembangkan pelaporan dan dashboard untuk pemantauan stok secara real-time

Memimpin, membina, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim inventory control atau staf gudang terkait

Menyusun SOP dan memastikan kepatuhan tim terhadap prosedur

Bekerja sama dengan tim logistik, gudang, produksi, untuk sinkronisasi data dan proses

Menjadi penghubung dalam penyelesaian masalah terkait barang, stok, atau perbedaan data

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang inventory management/logistik

Menguasai sistem ERP/WMS dan Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, dsb)

Memahami konsep supply chain, manajemen persediaan, dan pengendalian stok
