IT Business Analyst (Banking Industry)

Jobdesk:

• Gather Requirements: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from various stakeholders.

• Translate Needs into Solutions: Act as a technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.

• Analyze & Improve Processes: Use strong analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and identify potential areas for improvement.

• Create Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Technical Requirements and user stories.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.

• Problem-Solve: Use excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support Development: Contribute to a collaborative environment, particularly in teams that follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• At minimum 3 years experience in related field.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

• Strong Communication, Analytical Skills, Multi Tasking and knowledge of Information Technology and Banking.

• Previous experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst in the financial industry especially Bank.

• Ability to gather, perform analysis and create Business Technical Requirements include technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential areas for process improvement.
