Job description

• Receive complaints (via telephone and email) related to IT including applications, networks, email, internet, troubleshooting computers and peripherals and follow up to ensure the problem is resolved.

• Create and revise application usage guides for users

Qualification

• Maximum age 28 years

• Minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, majoring in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems

• Fresh graduate

  or 1 year experience

• Have high analytical skills

• Have good communication skills with users

• Mastering basic SQL (Structured Query Language)

• Understanding Basic Networks

• Able to work individually and in a team
