JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor and receive complaints related to IT and follow up until the problem is resolved
Create and improve application guides for users in the form of program documentation forms.
Supervise and train users on 9 ways to work and use the application
Create and submit a list of application repair requests to the IT unit periodically.
Monitor the user's computer setup process
Create daily, weekly and monthly work reports for Department Head
QUALIFICATION
Minimum education is Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems
Have 5 years experience in IT Helpdesk field
Mastering SQL Server, Visual Basic, Crystal Report, and Visual Studio
Have good knowledge in Windows operation and basic network
Have good analytical skills and be on target
Have competence in leading a team and good team leadership
Fast learner, Good communication, and target oriented
Have good
problem solvingskills
