Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain & monitor network devices (DC, DRC, branches).2. Analyze bandwidth utilization & optimize cost efficiency.3.
Troubleshoot network issues and escalate when required.4. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT to meet SLA.5. Ensure compliance with network policies, security, and documentation.
Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in IT or related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services (Bank/Non-Bank).3.
Strong skills in Switch (VLAN), Router (Routing), ACL, Network Monitoring Tools.4. Hands-on experience with WiFi, VoIP, and network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark).5. CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications are a strong plus.
