Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily data center operational tasks, including equipment checks, system monitoring, and routine inspections.
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation of technical issues to higher-level engineers as needed.
Monitor network, servers, and facility infrastructure (power, cooling, security systems).
Support installation, cabling, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, operational logs, and system status reports.
Ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety policies, and security protocols.

Requirements:

Good understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking basics.
Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
Ability to work in a shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
Strong communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
