Responsibilities;
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Project within the organization.
- Monitor Project Portfolio.
- Aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Managing Business Analyst resources, including personnel to support project activities and ensure optimal utilization.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Assign task, set priorities and manage workload to meet project & enhancement deadline and objectives.
- Create Budget forecasting, monitoring IT Expenses and variance analysis.
- Ensure alignment of IT investment with business priorities and objectives.
- Understand and manage budget components in IT.
- Managing relationship with external vendors, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ensuring the agreement.
Requirements;
- Min. Bachelors Degree from information technology or computer science major or industrial engineering.
- Min. 7 years working experience across multiple IT related-roles in insurance environment, spanning experiences from project manager, business analyst, business process and business consultant.
- Strong knowledge about insurance
- Good problem solving with proactive mindset
- Creativity and analytical thinking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English
