We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Security Manager to safeguard our systems, networks, and data. This role is critical in ensuring robust cybersecurity practices, protecting against threats, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Description

• Develop and implement IT security policies, standards, and frameworks

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents

• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis

• Manage security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements

• Lead incident response and recovery efforts

• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen security posture

• Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)

• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies

• Familiarity with banking regulations and data protection standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to respond effectively under pressure

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent

• Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or incident response

• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
