IT SUPPORT

We are looking for a bright, trustworthy and motivated individual with an analytical approach to provide day to day IT support to the business in Indonesia and to assist on the roll out of IT projects from the Regional Support Centre located in Kuala Lumpur. The individual must be detail oriented, accurate in his/her work and be able to work independently, with other departments and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provide application support for the company Point of Sales system utilised in retail stores that involves liaising with third party support providers and includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting application system problems

2. Responsible for co-ordinating the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data interfaces with the software developer and retail store landlords

3. Provide IT maintenance and support to all staff at our Indonesia office which includes:

   Ensuring security and anti-virus is up to date for all devices

   Ensuring email

   Ensuring network and server continuity for the business

   Co-ordinating the IT requirements for new and existing personnel

4. Responsible for supporting new IT improvement projects, including digital menu boards, kiosks, apps etc.

5. Responsible for supporting, maintaining and updating the network IT infrastructure in the support centre and retail outlets and liaising with 3rd Party support as required

6. Responsible for maintaining and ensuring IT back up and CCTV systems are fully functional

7. Responsible for updating and maintaining IT related documentation

8. Identifying improvements related to IT infrastructure

9. Providing status reports of ourstanding tasks and reporting to your line manager

Required Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Masters Degree.

• Spoken & written English required.

• Knowledge of IT networks and internet setup

• Strong Analytical skills

• Resourceful, enthusiastic, a very fast learner and able to take the initiative and work independently

• Analytical, Meticulous with excellent attention to detail

• Able to work in a young, fast paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, SQL) or interest in up-skilling is an advantage / preferable

• Minimum of 3-5 years work experience preferred (Exp. in retail F&B will be a plus.)
