Job Description:

  • Provide daily technical support for the clients ERP system  
  • Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, and ensure smooth system operations  
  • Create and maintain reports using Crystal Report  
  • Ensure optimal LAN connectivity for ERP usage  
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client to resolve issues and support system improvements  

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support (preferably in an ERP environment)  
  • Proficient in Crystal Report  
  • Good understanding of LAN network setup and troubleshooting  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team  
  • Willing to work onsite at the clients location in Jakarta
