Responsibilities:Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, LAN/WLAN networks, and software systems.
Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related problems effectively and in a timely manner.
Document support cases and maintain accurate technical records.
Maximum 35 years old.
Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network/server maintenance.
Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software.
Proactive, with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a high level of motivation.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of network security and data protection.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA), or similar are a plus.
