Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance and IT checks at head office and branch locations
- Handle basic network setup and troubleshooting
- Support users in resolving day-to-day IT problems
- Maintain IT asset records and assist with device deployment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or a related role
- Solid understanding of basic networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting
- Willing to travel to branch offices using personal transportation
- Responsible, adaptable, and service-oriented
