IT Support

Job Summary :

Provides desktop and basic network support including trouble resolution for end-users. The roles consist of performing a variety of tasks from workstation troubleshooting to mobile devices support including occasional special projects. Communicate in Professional and customer service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides desktop support to end-users in various OS platform
  • Track/report support issues through a ticketing system
  • Responsible for setup, configuration and delivery of workstations.
  • Setup new user accounts in service directory (Active Directory, LDAP)
  • Provides desktop application support and resolution
  • Support mobile devices related to office purposes
  • Provide remote assistance for users across the globe.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, computer networking, or related field
  • Fresh graduates/ 1-2 year(s) of experience
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX knowledge are preferred
  • Knowledge of Various Operating Systems and Desktop Management services
  • Knowledge of Various desktop management concept and desktop life cycle.
  • Experience with desktop imaging software
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to set priorities and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting VPN clients
  • Experience with remote desktop applications (RDP, VNC)
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
