IT Support

Role Summary:

As a IT Support, you will have responsibilities to manage and maintain Antivirus System, manage, maintain and troubleshoot Network issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform snd level desktop support for windows 10/11 as required

  • Provide technical mentoring for 1st level desktop support team members

  • Execute routine patching and maintenance of windows system

  • provide recommendations for the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures

  • Update and track user issues using Helpdesk ticketing system

  • Maintain system documentation, tune system performance and installing System software

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree

  • Having min 3-5 years experiences in deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop technologies

  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Active Directory and implementation

  • Demonstrate good planning skills by ensuring the appropriate scheduling of resources including equipment and supplies

  • Ability to communicate with expat employees (speak and write English) is essential

  • Have Microsoft certification in Windows 10 or 11 will be an advantage

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Onedrive and network sharing folder

  • ITIL experience and certification will be an advantage

  • Experience with switching and network products (Cisco, Dell, Mikrotik, Unifi)

  • Experience with IP PBX (Avaya, Cisco or Sangoma)
