• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Assist in IT project planning and implementation.
