About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support specialist to join our dynamic team at PT STUDILMU TEKNOLOGI GLOBAL'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our organisation.
What you'll be doing:
Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, applications, and peripherals
Assisting with the implementation and management of IT security measures to protect company data and systems
Documenting IT-related processes and procedures and contributing to the development of IT support resources
Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure and user experience
Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
Providing assistance in system development and other tasks when needed
Miscellaneous IT duties and management of peripherals, such as CCTV, PABX, and related equipment.
What we're looking for:
Graduate of a Vocational High School or a Diploma in IT or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably within the Information Technology industry
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Proficiency in using various IT support tools and software, such as help desk ticketing systems and remote access tools
Adaptability and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
