IT System Support Officer

Overview

Responsible for monitoring the performance of computer networks used by IT systems, assisting in the analysis of new systems, creating documentation for software and users, assisting in providing ICT infrastructure and contributing to helping organizations grow better with the best IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing corporate IT systems.

• Proficient in SQL Server (RDBMS), with experience in data export using Excel and/or SQL scripting.

• Familiarity with computer programming; proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers (e.g., Windows Server 2012 R2, Debian, or Red Hat-based distributions).

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Available to join soon and willing to be placed in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the deployment, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of the schools IT systems.

• Assist the IT Development Manager in system development, including training, evaluation, and staff guidance.

• Ensure all school members are trained and capable of using IT systems effectively.

• Contribute to the development of SOPs and provide written protocols for IT staff and users.

• Evaluate user needs and system functionality to ensure alignment with requirements.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.

• Support system programming tasks, including analysis, coding, documentation, and review.

• Ensure reliable system operations and address user queries promptly.
