IT Vendor & Asset Management

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree majoring in IT.

• 3 years experiences in the same field

• Very good general knowledge of information and communication technology

• Very good knowledge of local IT market, main vendors and suppliers

• Knowledge of IT operation, IT equipment, business processes, quality control, costs effectiveness, and other techniques for maximizing the effective delivery of IT goods

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Strategy for Software/License Cost Optimization 2025, with Strategy Cost Actualization for license cost under budget, 5%.

• Advisory Board who authorizes to approved the installation of the license on the company device and 100% License Process is managed through tickets.

• Monitoring and Controlling License Renewals to ensure All of the licenses have been renewed before the expiration date - on timely manner.

• Strong Analysis and deep assessment to achieve quality of License Utilization is above 90%.

• Managing Licenses Transition are 100% Localized, Optimize and ensuring cost reduction.

• 100% understand related to awareness of industry standards, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and best practices related to Software license management.

• Zero Finding - for ISO certification (ISO 27001:2022) & ISO 27701 or License Audit.

• Managing, controlling and ensuring the master data for the license update is completed by D+1 and have a comprehensive tracking system in place to monitor progress effectively.

• Daily to communicate effectively with all stakeholders related to license management assessment.

• Monthly reporting to KS related to Licenses Update.
