Junior Business Development

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in business development, lead generation, and strategic outreach within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused company. You will support the senior BD team in expanding our B2B network, connecting with potential clients, partners, and recycling suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior Business Development staff in identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities.
• Conduct research on potential clients, partners, and recycling vendors.
• Support lead generation through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM systems and update sales pipelines regularly.
• Coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and manage follow-ups with prospects.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related documents.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, particularly in the B2B and recycling sectors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in any industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Holds a Bachelors degree (S1) or higher.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas), PowerPoint, CRM systems, and digital tools for outreach and lead generation.

Working days: Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.30
