Job Description

• Social Media & Marketing Collaterals: Engineer, draft, and produce compelling visual content and promotional assets tailored for social media campaigns, digital marketing channels, and cross-platform brand activations.
• E-Commerce & Marketplace Assets: Conceptualize and deliver high-converting digital storefront elements, including promotional Beranda banners, product catalog layouts, feature callout infographs, and campaign vouchers across major marketplace ecosystems.
• Product Packaging Development: Architect and expand physical product packaging layouts, labeling designs, typography arrangements, and structural unboxing prints in strict compliance with guidance parameters from cross-functional teams.
• Live Streaming Visual Support: Formulate and update custom real-time broadcast graphics, overlay designs, interactive campaign backdrops, and promotional sticker assets to elevate viewer retention during live stream commerce sessions.
• Product Renderings & Mockups: Develop clean, realistic digital product mockups and basic 3D visualizations to streamline internal prototype reviews, buyer evaluations, and pre-launch marketing previews.
• Brand Identity Safeguarding: Enforce strict visual quality control loops, ensuring all typography selections, color hex codes, and imagery assets comply directly with established corporate brand books.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a highly related creative multimedia field.
• Software Mastery: High technical proficiency operating industry-standard graphic layout engines, explicitly including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and equivalent creative cloud application suites.
• Aesthetic Judgment: A strong personal design sense, modern color theory comprehension, clean typographic skills, and the creative capability to translate abstract Posisiing into commercial imagery.
• Brief Comprehension & Agility: Proven capacity to absorb complex multi-departmental creative briefs accurately and iterate polished visual variations under compressed turnaround deadlines.
• Collaborative Communications: Excellent interpersonal skillsets to align designs with feedback inputs from product developers, marketing leads, and production specialists smoothly.

Portfolio Requirement: Submission of an active professional design portfolio showcasing versatile commercial layouts, branding assets, typography systems, and modern digital illustrations is mandatory.
