What You Will Do

As a Junior Product Manager at WidaTech, you will be part of a highly agile team that is supportive, collaborative, and driven to solve meaningful product challenges together. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and business teams to support product planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited about building products that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

Here are some of the things you’ll be involved in as a Junior Product Manager at WidaTech:

• Support the Product Manager from idea to launch—assisting with research, market analysis, competitor tracking, roadmap development, and rollout planning.
• Help translate product strategy into clear product requirements and support prioritization for design and engineering teams to ensure focus and clarity.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Business teams to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Track project progress and proactively raise risks or issues, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders, run tests, and help improve products based on what actually works—real input shapes real products.
• Use project management tools to keep documentation organized, track tasks, and make sure everyone stays aligned on goals and progress.
• Prepare slides and update decks to support team meetings and stakeholder reviews—clear communication drives better decisions.
• Build a habit of learning from data by assisting in tracking basic metrics and sharing simple insights with the team.
• Help bridge the gap between business and tech by asking clarifying questions and ensuring shared understanding of requirements.
• Partner with QA during testing to validate that features match the intended outcome and to catch issues early.
• Document key decisions and rationale along the way, so the team can look back and understand why certain choices were made.
• Continuously learn, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute ideas to improve how we build and deliver products. Even as a junior, your voice matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Project roles (internship experience is a plus). Strong fresh graduates with initiative and structured thinking are welcome.
• Basic understanding of software development and agile practices, with genuine curiosity about how products are built.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable asking questions, aligning expectations, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or other languages is a plus.
• Comfortable using project management tools and working with data to support decisions.
• Strong ownership and accountability, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing focus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
