  • Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Otomotif

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Kepala Bengkel atau Service Advisor

  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MS Office)

  • Memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku

  • Memahami sistem manajemen bengkel, pelayanan pelanggan, dan teknis otomotif

  • Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memastikan operasional bengkel berjalan lancar dan efisien

  • Mengelola tim mekanik dan staf bengkel

  • Menjaga kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan

  • Mengelola jadwal service dan memastikan target tercapai
