Maintenance Shift Engineer Salatiga

As a Maintenance Shift Engineer, you will take a role as an important link in our maintenance process. We're looking for someone who has expertise in Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) requirements for Mechanical Packaging System desired and has good analytical thinking in OEE/MTBF/MTTR/FMEA/RCA/5-Why, etc. You have to be able to work independently and in a shift team with a structured way of working.

What we ask

• Must possess Bachelor of Applied Science / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably have at least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the F&B/Manufacturing industry & familiar with Packaging/Robot System.
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement and maintenance management systems (RCM and TPM).
• Result-oriented, proactive, decisive, resilient, computer literate, and have excellent communication in English.

Vacancy description

1. Drawing up & optimizing maintenance concepts and translating them into maintenance plans.
2. Implementing & facilitating RCA(s) and initiating improvement actions in case of repetitive (dis)failures.
3. Managing the object structure and maintenance concepts in the maintenance management system.
4. Organizing overhauls, evaluating the planned work, and processing the result of improvements.
