Senior Legal Analyst

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing and preparing transaction documents (inc. due diligence report, NDA, CSPA, SPA, SHA, financing agreements, engagement ltter), AoA & corporate approvals, PoA, documents & reporting related to public disclosure, etc.
• Conducting research and analysis on regulations & legal issues.
• Provide legal advisory & guidance support to Head Office & Astra Group
• Working closely and coordinating with external legal counsel.
• Giving continued support on the creation, standarization and implementation of policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures & standar operational guidelines.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree from Business Law / Civil Law major
• Minimum 5 years experiences in related field (inc. 3 years in law firm)
• Experienced in handling corporate transactions include M&A, Capital Market, financing, restructuring
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and preparing transaction documents (include due diligence report, NDA, CSPA, SPA, SHA, financing agreements, engagement ltter), AoA & corporate approvals, PoA and other documents & report related to public disclosure
• Fluent in english, both oral and written
• Computer literacy (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint)
