Key Account Officer

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing the partners or other Samsung partners as KAO or relevant.

• Sales Acumen: Demonstrates strong sales capabilities, including negotiation, follow-up, deal closing, and a customer-centric approach.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Work Style: An independent worker who is willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between partners and bolttech internal teams.

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business strategies to meet revenue/profit targets and drive business expansion.

• Account Management: Manage key account relationships, acquire new partners, and oversee ongoing sales activities to maximize business opportunities.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular customer visits, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify growth areas.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, market trends, and internal management reports to continuously improve operations.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to address market demands, resolve customer issues, and coordinate distributor activities.
