About the role

Libra Food Service is seeking a talented and driven KEY ACCOUNT SALES FMCG to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing and growing our key accounts within the FMCG industry.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top FMCG clients

  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing new contracts with key accounts

  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive client satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborating with the broader sales team to develop and execute effective account strategies

  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance to identify areas for improvement

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience in key account management or sales within the FMCG industry

  • Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining key client relationships

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data to drive strategic decisions

  • Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
