Key Account Specialist

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales/marketing, especially in General Trade within retail companies, is preferred

  • Owns a personal vehicle (motorbike) and has an active SIM C (having a SIM A and the ability to drive a car is a plus)

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Able to work both independently and in a team

  • Capable of working under company-set targets

  • Physically and mentally healthy, and willing to work in the field

  • Honest, disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated

  • Placement in Surabaya, East Java

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales to distributors (baby shops, supermarkets, hospitals, etc.)

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company

  • Build and maintain good relationships with distributors/stores to ensure repeat orders

  • Make regular visits to distributors/stores based on the scheduled plan

  • Introduce and offer new products to distributors/stores

  • Prepare quotations and handle billing to distributors/stores

  • Negotiate prices and promotions in line with company policy

  • Input and report sales results and daily/monthly activities to the supervisor

  • Ensure product availability at customer stores and assist with attractive product displays

  • Conduct market surveys regarding pricing, competitors, and distributor/store needs

Handle distributor/store complaints promptly and professionally
