What Will You Do

• Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal).
• Ensure target achievement like: improving user experience, increasing website traffic & sales, developing brand loyalty.
• Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
• Ensure availability of store merchandise and store services still on high standards.
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock availability & supervise purchase order.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
• Daily platform monitoring.
• Find more opportunities for brand to growing more in Online.
• Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media.
• Monitoring effectiveness of marketing plan, content and design.
• Final decision makes for hard complaint & issue.

What You Will Need

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
• Max. 30 years old.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be plus.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in handling e-commerce store.
• Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
