Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • The Kol Manager will oversee the identification, engagement, and manage of the key opinion leaders, influencer, and talents to promote the companys brand and products. This role involves building strong relationships, negotiating contracs, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring succesfull collaborations and performance
Syarat Pekerjaan
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, PR, Business or related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or related field
  • Proven track record managing KOLS, Influencer, or talents
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategic
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., TRAACKR, ASPIREIQ)
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Familiar with contract negotiation and legal aspects of talent management
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or related fields will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in english, both verbal and written is a plus
