KOL Specialist and Community Manager
Minimum Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in Communication, Management, or Business).
At least 2 years of experience in KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Familiar with affiliate systems on various platforms (such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).
Up-to-date with content trends, influencers, and social media developments.
Strong communication skills and a broad network of local and national KOLs.
Experienced in analyzing collaboration performance (e.g., number of videos, GMV, ROI).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to solve problems efficiently.
Able to multitask and manage more than 50 KOLs per month.
Source, build, and manage partnerships with KOLs across different tiers and platforms.
Develop campaign strategies with KOLs aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize affiliate programs (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) for maximum performance.
Monitor content and campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to align strategies.
Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations based on performance data.
