Responsibilities :
Identify, analyze, and establish collaborative relationships with talent (for example: KOL, influencer, buzzer, BA, spokesperson, etc.)
Monitor and create reports related to activities carried out by talent (eg: impression, reach, click, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications :
Proven min. 2 year of working experience as KOL Specialist, especially in beauty industry.
Passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.
Strong understanding of Gen Z audience and able to identify target audience preferences
Adept and active in IG, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, and other social media platforms
Pro-active, creative and strive to learn
