Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related (Master's is a plus)
- Min. 5 years in accounting, 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong in cash flow management, revenue, AR, AP, and cost control
- Experienced with VHP back office system
- Knowledgeable in Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Leadership skills for coaching and motivating the team
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High integrity, attention to detail, and accurate financial reporting
- Handles pressure and multitasks well in a fast-paced environment
