L1 OpenStack Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage, monitor, handling OpenStack cloud platform

2. Monitoring Operational OpenStack cloud platform with Grafana

3. Analyzing and troubleshooting issues found in cloud platform

4. Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on i3 Customer Site.

5. Proactively maintain Openstack infrastructure technology for backend services.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum education SMK / D3 / S1

2. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.

4. Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

5. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, or similar.

6. Passion for learning about cloud computing and OpenStack.

7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

9. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
