? Tanggung Jawab:Merancang dan meng-architect solusi Red Hat OpenShift sesuai kebutuhan customer.
Deploy, konfigurasi, dan optimasi OpenShift cluster.
Memberikan workshop & training teknis untuk customer dan tim internal.
Mengotomasi deployment & operasi dengan Ansible atau automation tools lainnya.
Support & troubleshooting Kubernetes, networking, dan storage.
Menangani support call untuk menjaga uptime & performa optimal.
Bekerja sama dengan customer untuk memahami kebutuhan & memberi rekomendasi teknis.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas divisi untuk integrasi infrastruktur.
Membuat dokumentasi teknis, prosedur, & best practice.
Memahami konsep Virtual Machine (WAJIB).
Memiliki sertifikasi terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
Berpengalaman dalam deployment, troubleshooting, dan support OpenShift.
