Laundry Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Laundry Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our new laundry venture. This is an exciting opportunity to join from the ground up and help us build a reliable, customer-focused daily service business.

• Manage end-to-end laundry operations (receiving, washing, drying, ironing, folding, delivery).

• Supervise and train operational staff (washers, drivers/riders).

• Ensure service quality and on-time delivery to customers.

• Oversee machine maintenance, supplies, and stock.

• Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

• Monitor daily sales, costs, and profit margins.

• Report regularly to management on performance and improvements.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, retail, F&B, or laundry management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized in managing schedules and operations.

• Comfortable with technology (apps, dashboards, reporting).

• Willing to be hands-on and proactive in a startup environment.

• Competitive salary (6-8M IDR/month, depending on experience).
