Company Overview:PT Roda Urban Nusantara, operating under the Urbanica brand, is a rapidly expanding leader in Indonesias hospitality and entertainment sector, specializing in high-end Mens Health Spa, Bars, and Karaoke (KTV) with a premium adult service concept. As we embark on an ambitious expansion plan across key cities in Indonesia, we are seeking talented professionals who can drive investor engagement and acquisition strategies to fuel our growth in the nightlife, spa, and KTV industries.

Position Summary:We are hiring a Lead Generation & Investor Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our efforts in attracting and securing potential investors. This role will be responsible for managing digital marketing funnels, executing paid ad campaigns targeting investor personas, developing compelling investment content, managing investor databases and communication channels, and supporting investor relations activities. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in lead generation, investment marketing, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the companys official investment and corporate website, ensuring up-to-date and investor-focused content.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting qualified investor profiles.

• Create and publish persuasive investment-related content for Urbanicas social media platforms to attract and nurture potential investors.

• Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track, segment, and manage investor leads through the acquisition pipeline.

• Administer and engage with investor WhatsApp Groups, ensuring timely responses and value-added communication.

• Support investor relations activities, including preparing pitch decks, investment proposals, and presentation materials.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategies, channels, and approaches used to acquire investors in the hospitality & nightlife sector.

• Collaborate with management to align investor acquisition strategies with overall business expansion objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Finance, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, investor relations, or B2B/B2C digital marketing.

• Proven track record in running targeted paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.

• Strong skills in content creation for investment, marketing, and corporate branding purposes.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.

• Familiarity with the hospitality, nightlife, or F&B investment landscape is a strong advantage.

Preferred:

• Experience in investor relations or capital raising in hospitality or entertainment projects.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies for investor lead generation.

• Exposure to financial modeling or investment feasibility studies.
