Our Client is well known Foot ware/ Shoes Manufacturing company located in Jawa Barat is looking for Leader Production.

Job Desc:• Plan, Coordinate, control all production preparations ranging from employees, Materials / Components, Machinery, methods / systems and production schedules and control the production process in accordance with specifications, procedures and standards to meet quantity, quality and time targets that have been set and run effectively and efficiently.• Monitor quality in accordance with standards in the production process to meet specifications.• Supervise, evaluate performance, educate, monitor employee development, and empower human resources, in accordance with standards to obtain multi-skilled employees.• Pay attention, plan improvements as needed in the production area to create a culture of continuous improvement.• Support the machine maintenance process (TPM) in accordance with machine maintenance standards with the aim of extending machine life.

1. Full-time2. On-Site3. 3-5 year of experiences4. A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields), or an Associates degree with relevant experience.
