Learning and Development Specialist

PT Elabram Systems is looking for Learning and Development for our client in General Insurance industry for placement in Jakarta with details below:

Job Description:

• Plan and develop training programs, workshops, and other learning activities
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps
• Design and develop effective and relevant training materials
• Implement and monitor the quality of training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements
• Build and maintain good collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development in a general insurance company
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data processing
• Well-groomed, communicative, and Excel proficient
• Able to drive and possess a valid SIM A
