Job Description :
- Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas, including rental of common areas and promotional media as income for the company.
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party.
- Monitoring installment payments from existing customers.
- Direct handling settlement.
Job Qualification :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree from any major.
Minimum 2 year of working experience as Lease Staff in office building /retail industry.
Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure.
Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in SML Plaza Jakarta.
