Job Description

• Mergers and Acquisition
  • Conduct due diligence and assess legal risks associated with Mergers and Acquisition (M&A)
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Contracts and Agreements
  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements related to property projects, leasing, financing, and other business activities
  • Ensure the contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the Perusahaan's interests
• Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting property and leasing
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks
• Litigation management
  • Manage and coordinate legal proceedings, disputes, and litigation matters related to operations
  • Collaborate with external counsel on litigation strategy and resolution
• Corporate Governance
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance matters
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Requirement

• Hold bachelor's/Master's degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience in established law firms. Prior cases in property, warehouse management, or leasing would be a bonus
• Experience as in-house lawyer in similar sector would be a plus as long as the candidate has prior law-firm experience
• PERADI Licensed is a MUST
• Someone who understands commercial perspective and possesses business acumen
• A problem solver with can-do attitude yet maintain integrity and compliance
