This role is responsible to coordinate between drafters, visual communication team and internal QS, to make sure project timelines are met according to the project managers direction.

This is a position with possibility for career advancement. 

Requirements:

• Have minimum 3 years experience in project coordination in lighting design, architectural, interior design or high end architectural products industry.

• Able to read, annotate and understand architectural drawings. 

• Proactive and self motivated.

• Problem solving capabilities.

• Presentable, fluent in English, excellent communication skill.

• Bachelors degree in architecture.

• Multitasker, organised and reliable.

• Experience in lighting design is a big advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:

Project coordinator:

• Coordinating between drafters, visual communication and internal QS team.

• Understand, anticipate and act on projects lighting technical requirements.

• Project site visits, progress report and updates.

• Translate architect and interior designs concept into lighting layout.

• Report to the Sales and Project Manager
