Litigation and Anti-Fraud

Job Desc:

-         Handle and facilitate legal processes involving the Company, whether as a reporter, witness, or stakeholder, to ensure compliance with applicable legal provisions.

-         Provide legal support to the Operations Team in following up on issues brought to the attention of regulatory authorities such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Asosiasi Pendanaan Fintech Bersama Indonesia (AFPI), and other government agencies.

-         Provide advice to relevant divisions regarding steps to resolve cases currently facing the Company.

-         Conduct regular fraud audits to ensure there are no fraudulent acts or violations of work SOPs by employees.

-         Analyze fraud methods used by internal and external perpetrators to develop effective preventative measures.

-         Coordinate with relevant divisions in suppressing and addressing potential fraud to prevent its impact from spreading and attracting the attention of regulators such as the OJK.

-         Provide education on fraud prevention to consumers and internal employees as part of prevention efforts.

Job Requirement:

-         Bachelors degree on Law is preferred or equivalent from any major.

-         Having 2 years of work experience as a Fraud Investigator / Anti-Fraud / Compliance / Internal Audit / Litigation in the financial technology industry will be an advantage.

-         Fluent in English both oral and written.

-         Experience in litigation processes and have a good understanding of KYC methods, CDD methods, and customer profiling.

-         Possess analytical and decision-making skills, be active in organizations, and be a strong team player.
