Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Loyalty Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our loyalty program division, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and maximizing program value for both our organization and our valued members.
In this role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program. More specifically, you will:
- Make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotel
- Use Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close sale

- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers
- Active listening and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
- Excited about working in a sales environment, with uncapped commissions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone
- Excellent active listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different customer personalities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, with some on-site presence required
