Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luggage & Garment Quality Control (QC) professional located in Indonesia. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of luggage & apparel products by conducting inspections, identifying defects and closely monitoring production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Attend PP meeting to well understand the quality standard and communicate with factories about the requirements
• Conduct in-line and final inspection in accordance with approval samples, ensuring that products shipped adhere to quality standards
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and pictures
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
• Detect quality problems and guide factories to solve the problems to meet customers' requirements
• Travel to assigned factories to conduct inspections
• Report the problems to managers when needed
• Finish other works assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control practices, luggage inspection experience is preferred
• Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control
• Attention to details
• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
• A good command of the English language
